Cancelations, Returns & Exchanges

Respect:

We work diligently to earn your respect through the quality of products and services. And we encourage you to show respect by noting product information before placing your order. This saves you and us time, money, and frustration.

Issue Prevention:

We prevent most order issues by offering the best quality products and procedures at a fair price based on materials science and market research. We provide all relevant product ordering information for easy, accurate ordering and to prevent losses on garment size-based and other returns as most orders are custom-made for you according to your order specifications.

Solutions:

If there is an issue with your order contact us for a solution. Based on our dedication to issue prevention, we do not accept all returns and judge each return and exchange request independently. We also like to reward customers for specific and valuable insight and input, including discovering or suggesting a reasonable, better quality product or service.

Cancelation, Return & Exchange Request Conditions:

  • We may not accept cancellations. Potential cancelations may be based on the stage of production or processing of your order.
  • We do not automatically accept a return or exchange request. If your order was filled accurately, it may not be eligible for a return or exchange. Note our outlook and issue prevention information above.
  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery with details of a return or exchange request. We will engage in a solution discussion and / or notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

Return Conditions (if applicable):

  • Ship items back within 21 days of delivery. Contact us for a return address before shipping your return.
  • To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs in most cases. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Returns may incur a 10% restock fee.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for;
    • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
    • Products that are intimate or sanitary goods
    • Some health and personal care items
    • Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable products
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Some clothing and Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable): 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@journeytrust.com.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@journeytrust.com.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return minus the restocking fee. Once the returned item is received in original condition, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and the giver will find out about your return.

Shipping (if applicable): 

Contact us for a return shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item in most cases. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item or items over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
